What's up good people! I'm really grateful you took the time to come visit my website! At the time of this writing, I'm 29 years old and love doing/learning/practicing/grappling with all of the things you read above. My work is constantly expanding, deepening and contracting... A life practice one of my favorite elders calls "editing". Most of all, my practice and learning’s are guided by and grounded in an unyielding love for African people, as well as in the deep sense of joy + peace + power I experience doing my own healing work and helping others do the same. I believe in us. I believe in our capacity to do the deep healing work, in our capacity to build... In our capacity to effectively challenge, uproot and dismantle oppression in all the forms that it manifests in our relationships, work, organizations, and communities. I'm working to increase our appetite for liberation. I look forward to you joining me in that work!
